Sous Chef required, London.
40 seater weekday lunchtime restaurant and busy outside catering event business, working in London, country and abroad.
Candidate needs to be experienced and confident in restaurant service and in off site- event catering for 20-500 guests.
Hard working and flexible, punctual and reliable. Candidate needs to be able to take direction on preparation and presentation to our style and standards. Main hours Mon-Fri daytimes but weekend and evening overtime essential as required.
